Refund policy

Returns (updated 5/20/2024):

1. EXCHANGES: We allow exchanges only. We do not allow returns for refund. For items purchased online, exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery.  To initialte an exchange, please contact us as info@littlefrugals.com to obtain a return authorization. Be sure to include the item's order number and your reason for the exchange. Exchanges that are shipped without authorization may not be accepted. Please allow up to 10 business days for your exchange to be processed once we receive your item.

2. RETURN SHIPPING: Return authorization for items shipped in error, or items being returned/exchanged because they are defective or damaged, will include a pre-paid shipping label. Return shipping on items that are being returned/exchanged for other reasons will be paid for by the customer. 

3. ELIGIBLE ITEMS: The following items: Clearance items, Final Sale items, Pre-orders, Custom products, Gift Cards, and items sold within our VIP group or any BST are NOT eligible for return/exchange. We reserve the right to refuse any return/exchange, at management's discretion, if the item being returned/exchanged does not meet the criteria set forth within this policy. 

4. CONDITION OF ITEMS: Except for items that may have been damaged when purchased, items must be in new, unworn, and in saleable condition with ALL original packaging intact and tags attached. 

5. RESTOCKING FEE: Except for items that are returned/exchanged for being damaged or defective to cover the cost of inspecting, repackaging, and restocking certain items, a restocking fee of 5% (or the maximum amount permitted  by the law, whichever is less) will be assessed for all items. The restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount, if any, where permitted by state law. 

6. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS: In the event that an order is fulfilled incorrectly, Little Frugals Bamboo LLC will replace with correct item, whenever possible.  Customer will not be responsible for restocking fee n this event, nor return shipping. HOWEVER, item must be UNOPENED, UNWORN, and in saleable condition. We must be contacted immediately once the error is noticed. 

 

We strive to provide high-quality products, but if you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us at info@littlefrugals.com within 7 days of receiving your order for assistance. 

Discount Code Policy: Once an order is placed, discount codes cannot be added or modified. Please ensure that you enter the correct discount code during the checkout process. We cannot apply discount codes retroactively to already placed orders.

    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
